About Ravienta

Why Ravienta exists

Ravienta was founded after repeatedly seeing the same pattern: organisations investing heavily in Salesforce without getting the value they expected from it.

Not because the platform was wrong for them, but because nobody was looking after it properly. The configuration, the process, the reporting, the day-to-day ownership. Ravienta exists to fix that.

Who we help

We work with organisations that rely on Salesforce as an important business platform and believe they could be getting more out of it. Industry isn’t the deciding factor. The common denominator is Salesforce, and the problems that come with running a business through it: low adoption, unreliable reporting, manual admin, and forecasts nobody quite trusts.

The experience behind Ravienta

Ravienta is a new consultancy, backed by more than 25 years of commercial leadership and nearly two decades of Salesforce experience.

Commercial leadership: more than 25 years in enterprise technology and software sales, across SMB, mid-market and enterprise organisations, including four years as a Sales Director. That includes a practical understanding of CRM adoption, forecasting, pipeline management and commercial operations, not just how Salesforce should work, but how sales teams actually use it day to day.

Salesforce delivery: nearly two decades in the Salesforce ecosystem, Salesforce certified since 2009. Experience spans administration, business analysis, sales operations, deal desk, revenue operations, reporting, automation and process improvement, including engagements across Australia, the United States, Canada and Germany.

Relevant client work was completed before Ravienta was established. We discuss relevant experience privately, because previous engagements remain confidential.

How we work

Ravienta is built around direct access. The people you meet during your revenue review are the people who scope the work, deliver it, and remain accountable for it, from the first conversation to the last day of the engagement.

  • Direct access: you work with senior people, not whoever’s available that week.
  • Continuity: the person who understands your business is the person doing the work, throughout.
  • Accountability: there’s no layer of project management between you and the people actually doing the work.
